Jennifer Schankin - Dorsey Culinary School
Jennifer Schankin knew that cooking was the one thing that always put a smile on her face. One day she realized that her passion could be her full-time career. She immediately turned to the familiar classrooms at Dorsey Schools where she had graduated from 10 years previously in their Administrative Assistant program. “When I learned that Dorsey had started a culinary program, it was a very easy decision for me,” says Schankin. “I had a great experience there 10 years ago and I knew their program would be of very high caliber.”
